Carmine Iadarola

President

With numerous professional and academic accolades, Carmine has served as President of AquaSan Network since 1983. In addition, he’s been an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado for over 30 years. Due to his expertise, he’s been an invited guest and lecturer in India, Ghana, Israel, and the Copenhagen 16 conference.  Carmine has developed countless water and energy projects in numerous states throughout the US and countries around the world, which include the development of thousands of acre-feet of water for the State of Colorado, cities, districts, developers, industries, and nonprofit organizations. AquaSan was the developer of the first Colorado Water Conservation plan and Mr. Iadarola was the founder and first President of the Colorado Water Education Foundation. His work in conservation includes a collection of empirical data regarding water demands that have been peer-reviewed and published.

 
 

Paige Biskup

Principal

Since 2013, Paige has been a key component of the AquaSan team and manages all water development projects. Her duties include new client onboarding, managing project submittal timelines between clients and utilities, and presenting key information to be included in utility submittals. Her talent is tailoring to the needs of each client to ensure each project has a successful outcome. Paige is an exceptional communicator and team player who rises to all challenges that frequently appear in the development process. Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado.

 

Kaleb Zanett

Principal

While concurrently operating as United States Military Officer since 2015, Kaleb’s proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills have been integral in developing water conservation and demand management programs that have saved thousands of acre-feet of water for numerous developments across the United States. He has prepared and presented analytical reports assessing water conservation and demand management programs for high-profile developers, utilities, and municipalities including Google, Hyatt Hotels, Kiewit, Denver Water, Consolidated Mutual Water, the City of Boulder, the City of Fort Collins, and the Town of Castle Rock. He has also published his findings at National water conferences such as the Water Smart Innovations Conference and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers Convention.  Kaleb holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado.

 

Annie Iadarola

Principal

Over several years working as an educator, Annie has applied her skills honed from her educational leadership position and applied them to creative problem solving, communication, and collaboration in the water and energy fields. Annie’s STEM-focused background in designing instructional materials, developing adults, and managing projects is invaluable in her current and future plans surrounding renewable project development and responsible resource management, all of which lean on the use of data analysis and identifying best practices. Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics. 

 

Carmine David Iadarola

Board Member

Since 2004, David has worked in both the water and energy industries, having developed many MW of solar and wind projects across the continental United States, while also assisting principals in the development of natural gas, solar, and wind projects nationwide. David is Of Counsel, on the Board of AAY Solar AquaSan Kishangarh and Allied Solar with SolarGen principals and is a key component of the AquaSan team. He started his own company, 39North, in 2021. David received his Masters Degree from the University of Colorado in Public Administration in 2007, and graduated from Colorado State University in 2004 with a degree in Political Science and Economics.

 

Mira Vo

Associate

Mira is a student at the University of Colorado, Denver and will be graduating in 2022 with a business degree in finance. She joined the AquaSan in April 2022 and is working with the team to assist with the water management for new development projects in Metro Denver and surrounding areas.
